•  Check in time is after 3:00 pm, or by special arrangement.


•  Check out time is Sunday by noon.


•  2010 rates for TraceSide & Wendy's Nest are $700 per week or $125 per day each; $1400/week or $250/day for LakeSide. Includes taxes.


•  We accept personal checks, traveler's checks and major credit cards through PayPal.


•   A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation with remaining 50% due upon arrival.


•  A full size bed, a twin bed, and a couch that can sleep 1 are available at TraceSide; 1 queen and 1 double at Wendy's Nest; 1 Queen, 1 double and 4 twins at LakeSide.


•  Towels, sheets, and cooking equipment is supplied ($50 discount if you bring your own)


•  Although insurance does not permit smoking inside the cottage, smokers are welcome to use the decks outside.


•  One car parking available in driveway, additional parking available on street.


•  Boats can be launched from landing and require a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Hoist available, for extra fee, at LakeSide


•  Sorry, we cannot accept pets.


•  Cancellation policy:Cancellations less than 5 days in advance are subject loss of deposit fee.
